Set in ancient Rome, Swordmaster is the story of the rise of Rome and its struggle to conquer the barbaric tribes of Germany. One fearless warlord, named Herman the Swordmaster, wants to save his tribe from further bloodshed, so he offers himself to the Roman Emperor as his personal slave.
